For those of you getting ready to run the grand opening 5K, we will be hosting a special Saturday training group each Saturday until May 1st at 8:30am at our new location. This training run will be following the 5K training plan workout schedule posted on Training Peaks. That means we are focusing on helping new 5K runners get in shape to be able to run the whole 5K distance. Come at 8:30am to our new location on 7oo East and 2454 south (the south side of I-80). Come ready to run, meet other first 5K people and have a good time. We will be walking and running on flat neighborhood roads towards liberty park.
