Salt Lake Running Co training groups get hands-on coaching at weekly group workouts with other like-minded and similarly experienced runners. An established coach will be onsite to direct the workout, answer questions, and provide motivation. More than anything SLRC help you set goals and stay committed, and offers help and encouragement along the way. Join now for that extra push you need to get out the door.

New to trail running or just wanting to dive deeper into trail running? Come join us for our new 4 session Summer Trail Running Clinic. Each Thursday explore new trails, cover a new topic and meet new friends as you train this summer. Cost is $39

WEEK 1– Benefits of trail shoes and safety on the trails
WEEK 2– Hydration (how to carry water/electrolyte drinks) and uphill techniques
WEEK 3– Apparel/trail accessories and trail-specific strength drills
WEEK 4– Nutrition and downhill techniques

Ready to enter into the world of running but feeling too out of shape or lack experience? Or maybe it’s just been a long time. Either way, the Couch to 5k group is designed to help people transition into running. Join other future runners just like you at each session where you will be taught and encouraged by one of our fantastic coaches. Workouts will be 30-45 minutes of walking progressing to running and include 10-15 minute of core work.  $169 includes free SLRC tee for 1st timers.

You know you can go out for a short 20-30 minute run, but maybe you’re not ready for or interested in a half marathon type of plan. This group is perfect for you! This fall you get to come and experience all kinds of fun, but challenging speed and endurance workouts to help you increase fitness, stay motivated and make friends. This group will help enjoy making running part of your fitness habit. You will do a 45-50 minute run workout followed by 10-15 minutes of core work at each session. Free SLRC tee included for 1st timers.

Need help getting ready for one of Utah’s great half or full marathons?  Join others just like you for 13 weeks and let one of our fantastic SLRC coaches liven up your training routine with fun, but just right challenging run workouts.  Each workout will last 60-75 minutes.
