What is your exchange policy?

All product may be exchanged for store credit or other product within 60 calendar days from purchase. Refunds may be given in the same form as the initial payment if product is unused and in original packaging and can be sold as new product.

How do I join the free SLRC Rewards program?

Open to ALL. You don’t have to be a member of a club, gym or team to earn rewards! Earn $25 to spend after $250 worth of purchases builds up. Learn more about SLRC Rewards.

How do I use my SLRC Rewards points online?

To use your rewards online, text us at 801-484-9144 with your email to receive a coupon code to use at checkout. Learn more about SLRC Rewards.

How do I check and see if you have my shoe size in stock?

Visit our online store at saltlakerunning.com/shop to check inventory available for in-store pickup at our stores as well as additional inventory available to ship.

What is the free Stride Analysis and do I need to sign up?

Our Stride Analysis helps us match the right pair of shoes and insoles to your feet, ensuring our recommendations are true and accurate. Every SLRC Fit Specialist is trained to perform a FREE Stride Analysis at all our store locations. No appointment is necessary. Learn more about our Stride Analysis.

Do you offer training groups or programs?

Our SLRC training groups get hands-on coaching at weekly group workouts with other like-minded and similarly experienced runners. An established coach will be onsite to direct the workout, answer questions, and provide motivation. More than anything SLRC help you set goals and stay committed, and offers help and encouragement along the way. Learn more about our training groups.

What are the races I could sign up for?

Our RUN SLC Race Series is about having fun while stretching your legs after the winter, hitting some fitness goals, and forming good training habits for the rest of the year as you complete a 5k in February, 10K in March, and 15K in April.

Our Park City Trail Series is a 4-race series that runs from June to September. It starts with a 5K and works up to a half marathon. The courses are forgiving enough for new trail runners but bring the excitement that seasoned trail runners love.

Our Triple Trail Challenge is the ultimate summer challenge! Complete all three TTC events – Round Valley Rambler Half Marathon, Jupiter Peak Steeplechase & Mid Mountain Marathon and earn mountain bragging rights. Additional awards for top 3 men/women in the combined total race times and special memorabilia for all Triple Challenge participants.
