Weekly Mileage: 5,000-10,000 yds swimming, 100-150 miles cycling, 20-40 mile running

Favorite Run: Desolation Loop (Millcreek Canyon) Rim to Rim (Snake River Canyon), any run that can be done naked, Mueller Park Bountiful

Favorite Workout:  Swim 30 x 100 on 1:30 interval , Bike SLRC Emigration Challenge, Run 20 x 400 @ 70 seconds

Favorite Race: Ironman Hawaii 2006, Oregon Invite Steeplechase (Hayward Field)

Dream Race: Ironman Hawaii every year
