Will you change the Wasatch Running Center name to Salt Lake Running Company?
Will my SLRC rewards points and customer profile be available at the Wasatch Running locations? Can I use my SLRC gift card too?

Will you change the Wasatch Running Center name to Salt Lake Running Company?
Yes. Starting now you will see staff at Sandy and Centerville stores wearing the SLRC staff shirts. The receipts will also now say SLRC and all SLRC programs and policies will be in place. Down the road, the storefront signs will be changed out.
Will my SLRC rewards points and customer profile be available at the Wasatch Running locations? Can I use my SLRC gift card too?
Yes. Starting now the SLRC retail system, rewards program, gift card redemption and customer profiles will be available at Sandy and Centerville WRC locations. All SLRC programs and policies will be in place.
I have an online order from Wasatch Running Center that is still in process. What will happen to it?
Your order will be fulfilled with no interruptions. Contact us for the status and any questions about your Wasatch Running Center order.
I have a Wasatch Running Center gift card. Can I still use it at SLRC?
Yes! While our gift card system will not be automatically linked, we will have a manual process that will allow us to process your WRC gift cards. Thanks for your patience while we perform this manual process. All Wasatch Running Gift cards and $50 off full price shoe cards will expire 2 years after transition date as per the 2 year expiration policy Wasatch had in place. We will no longer accept either gift of shoe discount cards after July 1, 2024.
The in-house Wasatch rewards system will no longer be available after July 1, 2023 as per the 1 year expiration that Wasatch had in place on the redemption of the rewards.
Can I return my Wasatch Running Center order at SLRC?
Yes. We will honor the SLRC exchange policy. We will need a receipt to verify the original price paid as we will not have access to your WRC receipt history. All WRC product with a receipt may be exchanged for store credit or other product within 60 calendar days from purchase. Refunds may be given in the same form as the initial payment if product is unused and in original packaging and can be sold as new product.
Will I be able to see my Wasatch Running Center purchase history in the SLRC system?
Unfortunately, we will not have your Wasatch Running Center Purchase history in our SLRC computer system.
What will happen to my Wasatch Running Center team or club discount?
If you are a student athlete participating in your Jr high, High School or College sponsored track or cross country team, you will get 10% off your purchase. All other customers can join the free SLRC Rewards program. It’s open to everyone and you do not have to be a member of a club or group to enjoy the store discount credits you earn. You can earn and spend SLRC rewards in store or online!
