Ready to enter into the world of running but feeling too out of shape or lack experience? Or maybe it’s just been a long time. Either way, the First Time 5k group is designed to help people transition into running. Join other future runners just like you at each session where you will be taught and encouraged by one of our fantastic STRIVE coaches. Workouts will be 30-45 minutes of walking progressing to running and include 10-15 minute of core work.  $169 for 20 quality coached workouts. STRIVE tee included

 Need help getting ready for one of Utah’s great spring half or full marathons?  Join others just like you and let one of our fantastic STRIVE coaches liven up your training routine with fun, but just right challenging run workouts.  Each workout will last 60-75 minutes. This training group will help keep you motivated and get your ready to reach your race goals whether it is your 1st or 50th race.

Time to throw some speed into your fitness routine! This 60-70 minute group workout will include warmup, speed drills, plyometrics and, of course, some speed sets. Speed sets will vary in length from 15 second sprints to 2 min fast runs. These workouts will bring performance improvements, increase metabolism and add spice to your week. STRIVE tee included
