Shoe Review: Hoka Bondi B

Video review of the Hoka Bondi B road running shoe. If you are looking for a highly cushioned shoe that is great for down-hill running, shock absorption and faster recovery time for training, this shoe is for you. Below is a video shoe review.

Key positive points
1. Lot’s of cushion with superior shock absorption

2. Perfect for downhill running (especially for downhill races)

3. Extended durability (500+ miles)

4. Good for beginners and high mileage runners

5. Functions well for both pronators and neutral runners (pronators should wear arch supports for added stability)

6. Speeds up recovery

7.  Pretty good on the trails too

Key negative points
1. Warm – The upper doesn’t breath great, but not as warm as the Trail Mafate version

2. May have to go up a half size, toe box a bit pinchy

3. Tread wears out fast

4. No width’s are available.

5. Only make up to a Men’s 13 (which won’t be available until May 2011)
