Dr. Tom Miller, author of Programmed to Run, will be teaching another 4-week Good Running Form training series beginning Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
Participants will learn proper running form and helpful drills to gain the strength to maintain good form. They will receive personalized coaching, video analysis of their form and training tips.
