August is a great time of year here in Utah. It’s also my favorite time of the year to run trails. Many of our customers express interest in trail running, but for some it can be scary and intimidating. Our focus during the month of August will be to introduce more people to the sport of trail running through free clinics and group trail runs. We hope you will join us and bring your friends! The trails offer a running experience like no other and if you know just a few tips, you will be well prepared for them.
