NEW: The Flying Irish is one of the world’s largest running clubs based out of Spokane, WA and has a Salt Lake City chapter effective February 2018. We meet once a week for a 3-5 mile run and share a beverage afterwards. It is a fantastic avenue to meet active people and have some fun during the week. Currently, the groups meets on Thursdays at 6:00 PM in the parking lot behind Craft By Proper in Sugarhouse unless otherwise indicated on the Facebook group. Life Time Fitness South Valley Running Group: The Life Time Fitness South Valley Running Groups welcome runners of all ages and running abilities. We’re all about what we call social running. Running doesn’t have to be a solitary experience. Running with a group provides a motivational boost and accountability. It’s also a great way to make some friends who share your goals and interests. So come join us for a run. The Life Time South Valley Running Groups welcome interested runners from the communities of South Jordan, Sandy, Riverton, Cottonwood Heights, Draper and the surrounding area. Hash House Harriers
The WH3 is a club for all levels of physical fitness that encourages teamwork over competition and tries to make getting a little exercise a fun thing to do. Grounded in British tradition and the spirit of a good rugby club, one definitely needs a sense of humor to enjoy our antics.

Larchmont Track Club
Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this loose knit group of friends has been called a drinking club with a running problem. Our founder, Dan “Hoop” Hooper, who lived on Larchmont Drive, had been the unofficial leader of the band until his untimely passing. We run together every Sunday morning, followed up by potluck coffee/juice/pastries and socializing. We’ve also been known to organize an occasional party or road trip. Anyone is welcome to join us. There are no dues, no officers, no elections, and no newsletter. Just friends.

Locomotion Running Club
Locomotion Running Club is a volunteer-driven recreational marathon-running group based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The group is approximately half women and half men with ages ranging from the mid-20s to mid 50s. The club does a long run every Saturday morning somewhere along the Wasatch Front.

Luna Chix: Salt Lake Chapter
The goal of Team LUNA Chix is to get groups of women together so they can support each other through learning a new sport, developing skills, training and most importantly-have fun! At the same time, we raise money for the Breast Cancer Fund. The Breast Cancer Fund is a non-profit organization that identifies and advocates for the elimination of the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease.

Park City Mountain Trails Foundation

Mountain Trails Foundation is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of trail access for all non-motorized users. Our objectives are to promote, preserve, advocate and maintain local trails. The Foundation works with Federal, State and local government and with private property owners to achieve trail connections and to preserve access into and through developments. Our involvement has resulted in a system of 300+ miles of purpose built trails on public and private lands.

Park City Ultrarunners

Group runs every Wednesday night at 6PM for a 10+ mile run. Meet at the Park City Ice Arena. On the first Saturday of the month, meet for a 20-30 mile run. Contact: Alex Stoy Email: [email protected]

We are a marathon, half-marathon and wellness-training program devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating and fun environment. Jeff Galloway – Salt Lake City
The Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 10 miler or just get started. South Davis Road Runners
The South Davis Road Runners is a local volunteer driven adult running group. Group runs are held every Saturday morning at various locations throughout the Davis County area. The group runs vary in length, generally between 3 and 14 miles, with loop or out-and-back routes to allow runners to shorten or lengthen the run as needed. Quarterly education clinics and other benefits are offered to members. All fitness levels are invited to participate. Wasatch Walkers
The club currently organizes workouts at various times during the week. All workouts emphasize companionship, form, and skill development. Locations rotate, so please refer to our schedule for specific information. Occasional opportunities to attend local workshops are available.
